9520 Ferguson Avenue - Savannah, Ga.
 (Website)

Bethesda Home for Boys is the oldest existing children’s home in the country. Founded in 1740 by The Reverend George Whitefield, Bethesda is located on the bank of the Moon River on 500 acres of land originally granted by the King of England for a children’s home.
Today, Bethesda continues to help boys learn to face the future with confidence instilled by a love of God, a love for learning and strong work ethics.
