Celebrate Scottish heritage and Celtic culture at the 49th annual Savannah Scottish Games at beautiful Bynuh’s Field at Bethesda Academy. Enjoy Celtic music, clans and societies, pipe bands, Highland dancing, heavy athletics, children’s activities, sheep herding, birds of prey, genealogy, tug-of-war, hurling, living history, food and family fun. With more than 5,800 attendees each year, it’s one of the Southeast’s most unique Celtic celebrations.

Feel free to bring folding chairs, blankets, rain umbrellas, water bottles and mobility scooters suitable for grass/dirt.

Witness the legendary Caber Toss, Sheaf Toss, Scottish Hammer Throw, Open Stone Put, and much more!
Pint-sized athletic activities, Celtic storytelling, mythical fairy, colouring crafts, kilted run, travel passport and more!
Border Collies herding ducks & sheep, Birds of Prey, and Saving Scottish wildcats. Cheer on teams competing in Tug-Of-War and Irish Sport of Hurling!
Witness the epic Reenactors presenting living history where armour clad knights, redcoats and kilted warriors bring a thrilling display to life before your eyes.
Explore over 30 Scottish Clan and Society tents adorned with distinctive tartans and Clans who warmly welcome visitors.
Local genealogy groups come together to share knowledge, resources, and insights to help you discover your family’s history. Explore your family roots and uncover the stories of your heritage!
